MOSCOW —
Soviet President Mikhail S. Gorbachev and Brazilian President Jose Sarney signed a declaration of international cooperation and several trade agreements Wednesday, the Tass news agency said.
The signing of the documents was held in the ornate St. Catherine’s Hall inside the Grand Kremlin Palace on the third day of Sarney’s visit.
