LOS ANGELES COUNTY’S LONGEST BIKE ROUTES

This bikeway is a circular route through the western half of the city. Boundaries are Ocean Ave. on the west, Georgia and Carlyle Aves. on the north, 14th and 17th Sts. on the east, and Ocean Park Blvd. on the south. Small blue route markers posted at frequent intervals. Beautiful coastline views, Santa Monica Place mall, and attractive residences make this bikeway pleasant. Plenty of food and restrooms along the way. Traffic can be heavy. Night riding not recommended.
