‘Insurance: Yes on 100’

Insurance premiums are too high, the insurance industry is too arrogant, and the state Department of Insurance is too disinterested in consumers’ concerns. Proposition 100 is the only initiative which addresses all three of these issues.
It is true that the Legislature should have dealt with the insurance problem, but it didn’t. Fortunately we have an initiative process which enables us to accomplish for ourselves what the Legislature declines to do.
