A yes vote on Proposition 90 will give many senior citizens (55 and over) a break and keep the state’s home building industry strong. We already have legislation allowing the transfer of assessed valuation (your property tax) within the same county. Proposition 90 simply broadens the program from county to county. The fiscal impact is little or none because one move offsets another. Vote yes on Proposition 90--you never know when you may need it.
