Three people were arrested and held in County Jail on suspicion of possession of the drug. Police identified them as Ana Cruz, 38; Ruben Rodriguez, 34, and Nelson Preves, all of Santa Ana. Cruz and Rodriguez are residents of the apartment in the 1300 block of North Ross Street where the drug and money were found, police said.

Police were called about 11:30 a.m. to investigate reports that two men were threatening each other with guns in front of the building, Lt. Greg Cooper said. Two of the suspects were inside the apartment, and a search of it and a car turned up the cocaine, drug paraphernalia, the bogus bills and two handguns, Cooper said.
