Reliance Group Holdings’ third-quarter net income fell 69% to $11.6 million from $38.1 million a year ago. Revenue rose 10% to $938.7 million. The New York real estate and insurance holding company attributed the results to price competition that is adversely affecting earnings throughout the property and casualty insurance industry.
