Homeowner Thinks Lord Is Best Insurer
Jay Robinson says he will not move from his home, even though cars have run into it twice in less than two months.
“The Lord has protected us two times,” Robinson said Tuesday as he surveyed the wreckage caused by the Halloween night crash. “Why not three?”
Fortunately, Robinson said, no one was home Monday night when a car crashed through the house, which is located opposite where a major road in the rural area makes a 90-degree turn.
About six weeks ago, Robinson and his 13-year-old daughter were sitting in the living room when they heard the screech of a car skidding. “I got up and was opening the door just as the car crashed through the wall right by where we’d been sitting,” he said.
