Czechs to Charge 20

PRAGUE, Czechoslovakia —
Twenty people detained during an illegal independence day rally last week in the Moravian capital of Brno face fines and criminal prosecution, according to newspapers received in Prague on Wednesday.
Eight more people detained prior to another rally are likely to be charged with incitement.
