Glass Brings Candy Recall

PITTSBURGH, Pa. —
Some packages of Nerds brand candy were being recalled from stores in the Pittsburgh area Wednesday after the discovery of pieces of glass in a box handed out on Halloween night, authorities said. It was not known if the 9-ounce box of candy was tampered with, police said.
