Orange County BIA Installs Ronald Saienni

Ronald C. Saienni of Ahmanson Developments Inc. was installed Saturday as president of the Orange County region of the Building Industry Assn. of Southern California at the unit’s 22nd installation ball at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Laguna Niguel.

A graduate of Arizona State University, Saienni is Ahmanson Development’s senior vice president of venture operations/U.S.A. and has 16 years experience in the building industry.

Other new officers include Bill York of Shea Homes, first vice president; Philip Bettencourt of Preview Real Estate, second vice president; Geoffrey S. Fearns of the Baldwin Co., secretary, and David Celestin of the Mission Viejo Co., treasurer.
