Minority Apartment Assn. Honors Executive Director

Ruth A. Hayles, executive director of the Minority Apartment Owners Assn. was honored at the group’s first anniversary celebration attended by about 300 members and guests. The association serves minority and non-minority apartment owners in South-Central Los Angeles, Inglewood and Compton.
