Richard A. Reed, 55, executive vice president of Sanders Associates of Nashua, N.H., has been appointed president of Lockheed Electronics Co. of Plainfield, N.J. Both companies are subsidiaries of Lockheed Corp., Calabasas, and units of the corporation’s Electronic Systems Group.
Reed, who was also elected a Lockheed vice president, succeeds Peter A. Marino, who recently left the company to accept another position.
