WASHINGTON — Defense Secretary Frank C. Carlucci has appointed a Rock Hill, S.C., college professor as the next chairwoman of the Defense Advisory Committee on Women in the Services, the Pentagon has announced. Connie Lee, a professor of history, government and human relations at York Technical College in Rock Hill, will assume the post on Jan. 1.
