Dubcek Visits Ravenna

RAVENNA, Italy — Former Czechoslovak leader Alexander Dubcek, making his first trip abroad since 1970, visited Ravenna on Wednesday to admire its Byzantine mosaics.
Ravenna was made the seat of a Byzantine governor under the Eastern Roman Emperor Justinian I in the 6th Century.
