Reagan OKs Aid Hikes for Disabled Veterans

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan signed into law Friday a bill giving 4.1% cost-of-living increases to nearly 2.2 million military veterans with disabilities. The increases go to veterans with service-related disabilities and, in some cases, their dependents or survivors, effective Dec. 1.
