Investor Buys 6.5% Stake in HCC Industries

Investor Walter Neubauer of Gardena has bought a 6.5% stake in HCC Industries in Encino, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Neubauer bought 108,000 shares between July 30 and Nov. 22 for $373,000. HCC makes airtight electronic connectors.
