Culver City : Sign Ordinance Extended
The City Council has extended a temporary ordinance regulating commercial pole signs to give consultants more time to develop proposals for a new permanent ordinance.
A committee to assist in developing a permanent ordinance also was created. The 7-member committee will be made up of representatives of the City Council, Planning Commission, the business community and homeowners.
The temporary ordinance was adopted in May and was scheduled to expire Nov. 30. The ordinance will now expire on May 31, 1989.
