The Ellermeyer Co., an Irvine-based management consulting firm, has been acquired by Lee Hecht Harrison Inc., New York, a provider of corporate career services. The Ellermeyer firm, which also has offices in Los Angeles and San Diego, will continue to provide both individual executive out-placement and group programs. William K. Ellermeyer, founder and president, will become a senior vice president and continue to direct the operations of the three offices.
