Tokyo Firm Purchases Professional Building

Kurisu Corp. of Tokyo, has purchased the 4-year-old South Bay Professional Building at 3655 Torrance Blvd., Torrance, for $10.7 million from owner/developer ELB Investments.

Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services represented all parties.
