Lester B. Korn, who recently resigned as U.S. representative to the United Nations Economic and Social Council, and his wife Carolbeth have donated $1 million to the John E. Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA for the development of the school’s new management center, according to Chancellor Charles E. Young. Korn is co-founder and chairman of Korn/Ferry International, a leading executive search firm. In recognition of the gift, the UC regents have designated that the convocation hall of the new AGSM center be named in honor of the Korns.
