Shopping Mart Sold in Chino

A subsidiary of United Kingdom-based Taylor Woodrow has purchased Country Fair Shopping Center in Chino for more than $10 million and plans to upgrade the 15-year-old development, according to Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services, which negotiated the transaction.
Located on 17.1-acres at the northeast corner of Central Avenue and Philadelphia Street, the center contains about 125,700 square feet of retail space.
