A South Korean fast-food company has reached a tentative agreement with the Chinese to build a factory in China that would produce 18 million hamburgers a year.

Big Boy Co. said the joint venture agreement calls for the factory to be built in Heilongjiang province in northeastern China. It would be the first South Korean fast-food supplier in China.
