Man, 90, and His Wife Arrested for Drug Stash

GUAYAMA, Puerto Rico — A 90-year-old man and his 70-year-old wife were arrested after police found $45,000 worth of cocaine and heroin in their home, authorities said. Sixto and Otilia Ruiz were arrested Saturday along with their granddaughter, Maria Ruiz, 34, who also was charged with violating drug laws.
