* Cubic Corp. reported that net income rose to $4.4 million for the fourth quarter ended Sept. 30, up from $799,000 during the previous fourth quarter. Revenue for the quarter rose 5%, to $95 million, up from $90 million during the like quarter the year before.

Cubic reported that net income rose 62% to $12.8 million for the year ended Sept. 30, up from $7.9 million during the previous fiscal year. Revenue for the year rose 2%, to $364 million, up from $357 million.
