FEC Picks New Chairman

WASHINGTON —
The Federal Election Commission on Friday selected Democratic Commissioner Danny L. McDonald as its chairman for the coming year. McDonald succeeds Thomas J. Josefiak, who retains his seat on the six-member commission.
