A suspect was arrested Sunday in connection with the defacing of the House of Israel in Balboa Park earlier this month.
Police declined to reveal the identity of the suspect, who was arrested at 11:15 a.m. Sunday. More details are expected to be released today.
The investigation is continuing, police said.
Graffiti was scribbled on the House of Israel building Dec. 1. The incident occurred not long after an attack on a prominent San Diego synagogue, prompting fears of growing anti-Semitism in the area.
