Audiotronics, BMC Enter Financing Agreement

Audiotronics, a North Hollywood maker of audiovisual products, said it has signed a financing agreement with BMC Cellular Co. of Torrance. BMC helps large retail chains sell cellular telephones.
The agreement would allow Audiotronics to gain a controlling interest in BMC under certain circumstances.
