Businessland Inc. co-founder Enzo Torresi, 43, has resigned as vice chairman to become chief executive and president of Netframe Inc., a Sunnyvale computer company. He will remain on the board of the computer retailer. Netframe, formerly Clustrix Corp., is developing a personal computer network using a proprietary chip set.
