U.S. Behavioral Health, Emeryville, a provider of managed mental health-care and employee assistance programs, has announced its expansion into the Los Angeles area and the appointment of Samuel L. Mayhugh as vice president-development. Mayhugh, 50, previously was president and chief executive at LifeLink and Treatment Centers of America, Los Angeles.
