There’s a whole lotta shakin’ goin on at Black Rock, CBS’ headquarters in New York. CBS News President David Burke announced Monday some major executive changes to follow up his reorganization of the division’s Washington bureau. Joe Peyronnin, who has been vice president and Washington bureau chief since July, 1987, has been named vice president and assistant to the president. And Don DeCesare, who has been foreign editor in New York, was named vice president, news coverage. Both will report directly to Burke. Meanwhile, Mark Harrington, vice president, news broadcasts since January, 1986, and Joan Richman, vice president, news coverage since March, 1987, are being relocated outside the news division.
