Damon Corp. said it has suspended negotiations with an unidentified group that expressed interest in acquiring the Needham Heights, Mass., laboratory chain. The company said it is continuing negotiations with a group led by American Magnetics of Sherman Oaks, which earlier launched a $201-million hostile bid for Damon.
