Local News in Brief : La Habra : Low-Interest Repair Loans Are Available

Residents whose homes were damaged in the recent high winds and rain may be eligible for low-interest repair loans from Neighborhood Housing Services, a nonprofit corporation that administers loans from government and private sources.
The organization provides inspections, repair estimates and assistance in obtaining funding, said execuetive directior Glen Hayes. Loans at rates ranging from 3% to 8.5% are available.
