Former Chief Justice Home from Hospital
WASHINGTON — Retired Chief Justice Warren E. Burger was released from a Washington hospital Wednesday after three days of treatment for exhaustion and a mild case of pneumonia.
Tish Avery, spokeswoman for the Commission on the Bicentennial of the U.S. Constitution, which Burger heads, said he was resting at home.
