Steve Scott, holder of the U.S. mile record at 3:47.69; Jeff Atkinson, winner of U.S. Olympic trials 1,500 meters and NCAA mile champion Joe Falcon of Arkansas have signed to run in the Sunkist Invitational Mile Jan. 20 at the Sports Arena.
