Bruce Boycks has joined the real estate lending division of Pacific Inland Bank, Anaheim, as vice president, real estate loan officer. Previously, he was with Meridian Pacific Financial, where he was involved in major loan and development financing. Before that, Boycks was vice president of Centennial Beneficial Mortgage Co. and real estate loan officer at Beverly Hills Savings.
