Saudi Diplomat Killed by Bangkok Gunman

BANGKOK, Thailand —
A gunman killed a Saudi Arabian diplomat as he walked in downtown Bangkok, police said Thursday.
Saleh Abdullah Maliki, 35, a third secretary at the Saudi Arabian Embassy, was slain Wednesday by a gunman witnesses described as “Arab-looking,” Maj. Gen. Veera Visuthakul said.
