USC and Oregon, Each Coming Off Biggest Loss of Season, Play Tonight

After playing poorly Thursday night, USC and Oregon will meet in a Pacific 10 Conference basketball game at McArthur Court at 7:30 tonight.

The Trojans are coming off a 64-55 loss at Oregon State. It was their biggest losing margin of the season and the fewest points they have scored this season.

The Ducks lost at home to UCLA, 97-66. The 31-point margin of defeat matched the Ducks’ biggest in the last 6 seasons.

Oregon and USC share last place in the Pac-10. The Ducks are 5-6 overall and 0-1 in the conference. After losing 4 of their last 5 games, the Trojans are 7-6 overall and 0-2 in the Pac-10.

After changing his starting lineup against Oregon State by inserting guard Rich Grande for Duane Cooper and forward Calvin Banks for Chris Moore, USC Coach George Raveling said he will return to his original lineup tonight.
