And actress Kathleen Noone, who picked up an Emmy during her 11-year run in the role of Ellen Dalton on “All My Children,” is leaving that show the end of January to venture into prime-time roles. “They seem to have run the gamut for my character and it’s time for a change,” she told The Times Thursday. On her last show, taping Jan. 30 and airing Feb. 10, she’ll go off on a business trip.
