5th-Grader Arrested After Bringing Cocaine to School

PLANT CITY, Fla. —
A fifth-grader was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine after he was caught bringing crack cocaine to school in his socks, police said. Two schoolmates reported the boy to Jackson Elementary School Principal Jim Rodgers this week after the child showed them the drug, officers said.
