U.S.-Greek Bases Talks Make Little Headway

ATHENS —
Greek and American officials Thursday ended another round of talks on U.S. military bases without making much headway toward a new agreement, a government spokesman said.
“A disagreement of views continues to be observable even though a deadlock was not noted,” said Greek government spokesman Sotiris Kostopoulos.
A spokeswoman for the U.S. Embassy declined to comment on the three-day talks.
