256 Safety Problems Found at Fire Stations

MANCHESTER, N.H. —
A state investigator found 256 fire safety problems--including a lack of smoke detectors and fire alarms--in seven Manchester fire stations. Mayor Emile Beaulieu said 115 of the problems have been fixed, but he said the Fire Department needs more money to install sprinklers and make other renovations.
