Federal District Court Judge Dickran Tevrizian Jr. on Wednesday issued a permanent injunction against owners of an Inglewood video store to bar them from selling, reproducing and distributing unauthorized copies of the “Common Ground” speech the Rev. Jesse Jackson made last summer at the Democratic Convention. The store also was ordered to turn over all copies of the video to Jackson, who earlier had filed suit against the store’s owners for allegedly selling unauthorized copies of the speech.
