Homeless Routed

Re “Authorities Rout Homeless” (Jan. 15): The key points are basically there, especially if one has even the vaguest idea of the forces contributing to this growing problem. As pointed out, the so-called “alternatives” (I can’t say “solutions”) are unsatisfactory farces. What I do know was pointed out by a university professor long ago: The law is very fair. Rich people can’t sleep under bridges either!
