Downtown Elks Lodge Sold for $1.1 Million
The Elks Lodge at 1329 S. Hope St., has been sold for $1.12 million to Fundamentalist Baptist Tabernacle Inc. by Subud Inc. of California. First Fidelity Thrift & Loan Assn.’s Upland branch provided financing. The three-story structure will undergo seismic reinforcement work to meet city standards.
