Meeting on Neighborhood Watch
Hoping to recruit apartment building owners and managers for a newly expanded Neighborhood Watch, Beverly Hills officials have scheduled a meeting on Wednesday to introduce the program. The meeting will begin at 6:45 p.m. at the Beverly Hills High School Little Theater, 241 Moreno Drive.
The program will include ideas for an emergency communications network in case of major disasters.
“The end result of this program will be added safety for tenants and increased protection of property,” a spokesman for the Beverly Hills Police Department said.
