John M. (Mick) Seidl has been named chairman and chief executive of KaiserTech, Oakland, and of its operating subsidiary, Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corp., succeeding James S. Pasman Jr. Seidl, 49, had been president, chief operating officer and a director of Enron Corp., Houston, an international energy company.
