Local News in Brief : Yorba Linda : 2 Officials Elected for Water District’s Board
Sterling L. Fox has been elected president of the Yorba Linda Water District board of directors, and Arthur C. Korn was named vice president, a spokesman said.
Fox has lived in Yorba Linda for 23 years and has been a member of the board since his election in 1985. He retired in 1984 as superintendent of the Yorba Linda School District. Korn has been on the water district board since 1975.
The Yorba Linda Water District is an independent special district that provides water and sewer service to more than 50,000 people in Yorba Linda, Placentia, Brea, Anaheim and unincorporated areas.
