Who’ll win the shootout for the top spot of the Billboard magazine rental chart--”Red Heat” (No. 2) or “Young Guns” (No. 3)? Some of the smart money’s on “Young Guns”--which is loaded with crowd-pleasing Brat Packers--to finally blast “Three Men and a Baby” out of No. 1. Renters are finding the racy “The Unbearable Lightness of Being” quite bearable. It jumped 13 places to No. 14. Teen-oriented “License to Drive” (No. 10) looks like a sleeper hit.

* The quirky horror tale, about a man and his sinister monkey, didn’t have a shining start in the rental market, but now “Monkey Shines” looks like it has jumped from just the horror buffs to the general audience. This week, it’s a glowing No. 12.
