Record in Leasing Reported at Center
A record 4,202,149 square feet were leased at California Commerce Center in Ontario during 1988, according to managing director David W. Ariss.
“We believe it is the fastest-moving land sales program of any industrial/commercial business park in Southern California,” Ariss said, adding that sales for the four-year period 1984-88 total $149,507,007.
