Valencia Center Property Sold for $2.3 Million

Continental Communities of Woodland Hills, has announced its purchase of 6.3 acres in the Valencia Industrial Center from Newhall Land & Farm Co. for $2.3 million.

The negotiations were handled by Daum Johnstown America, representing the buyer, and Coldwell Banker, representing the seller.

Located at Avenues Scott and Rockefeller, the center will consist of a five-building complex with about 120,000 square feet of space. Units will be used for professional offices, and manufacturing and distribution facilities.
